iv been training nearly three months now, and our "coach" reckons i should keep going for pbs on squat till i get 200. Does this sound normal? went for 190 on monday and went down a little to fast.. maybe i should go for 185 next

New to pwerlifting and after seven years off the gym have found myself back with a determination to get somewhere . Started training at the beggining of september and things are going well, good strong bench but my deadlift is miles behind .. eventually my aim is do strongman... so any advice would be good... WATCH THIS SPACE LADS

MY PBs last week were;

deadlift... 190kg

bench...... 155kg
squat...... 180kg

New to powerlifting and want some advice... After 7 years off the gym have found myself back with a determination to get somewhere , probably after seeing an old mate doing very well in the strongman scene, i honestly believe i can do it. does anyone know of anywhere i can give some event training ago? i live near leeds . Or should i be waiting for my pb to go up? iv only been back training since the beggining of sep so i expect them to go up qiute a bi in the next couple of months.. any advice would be great... cheers
