Cheers, its just thatn i work shifts and get 4 or 6 days off at a time which is when i train. Therefore i do f**k all when im off before i train and wonder if i still need to eat alot. I obviously need to recover from hard sessions and fuel them again but sitting on my ass until training time i might need to eat less. | |||

Do you strongmen just eat when you're hungry? or have set meals, and set times? Do you count protein or carbs? I kind of have a set diet, but if i can get away with eating less or less ofetn then i rather would do that. It gets a bit boring eating meticulously everyday. Id rather just eat when i want, aslong as its healthy, full of carbs and protein? | |||
