flat db bench press 17.5x12x3
30 sec rest between each pair

alt lunges 15kx20x3
incline db press 15kx12x3
30 sec rest

ez bar curls 15kx12x3
med ball v ups x15
30sec rest

incline db curls 8kx12x3
decline situp twist x12x3
30 sec rest
