Been using specific variations for equipped bench so lots of over load work. Have run two high volume weeks back to back to adjust timing for comp in October so have benched a total of 25,000kg for both of the previous weeks. Anyway....progess is going well and today I hit a 260kg pb. Biggest weight I've self unracked and ground it out even though fatigued.  | ||
