Any one felt this
Last week bottem ov my right hamstring was tight,no pain.i trained sunday as it felt ok..after training I then noticed top of my calf becoming tender,so stretched off and thought it was ok...trained squats and reads this week with out any issues..

Today whilst standing or walking both the calf and ham are very tight and sore at times...i can bend to stretch ok,they ain't sore to touch so what could it be?...??
