OK, got a problem, well may have one, my scales say I'm 99.6Kg, they aren't cheap ones but I don't trust them 100% as I've been caught out before, luckily that time (the old scales) weighed over, so I had about 2Kg to spare. However, I would like to get my scales to say 98.6Kg by Saturday as I lift this Sunday. Never had to lose weight before and me and diets, I just can't see that would help and would it not affect my lifts?

So any recommendation?

Cheers
Steve

Go to boots, or a gym that you know has properly callobrated scales and weigh yourself?

Drop carbs out. No sugar, bread, spuds.
Replace with green veg. Up water intake, drop salt. Drop water on Friday afternoon. saterday morn youll be under 98.6
Weigh in. carb/water up.

I take it you want to make the 100kg class, you are fine at the weight you are, you'll be in the class and if you are worried about it then you'll find that you actually drop alot of weight over night, don't have breakfast then eat after you've weighed in.

Sorted, booked hotel with sauna. Plan, weigh in on Sat and see how bad things are, then sit in sauma until sorted wrigh in Sun :-) Maybe not the best plan!!!
