This is the qualifier for ESM on to UKs 2011

Events

Events Confirmed are


Max Log IFSA log (starting weight 105kg)

Car deadlift reps

Medley, chain drag (180kg) 20m, Keg carry (120kg) 20m

140kg farmers 20m

Safe lift Max reps Prob 100kg (weight may change subject to testing but will be around that. This will bne done on JT yoke

Stones on platform as last year, but heavier (110,120,135,155,175)


Max log and deadlift are both last man standing, however lifts can be missed, 30 seconds to complete lifts, multiple attempts allowed within the 30 seconds.

Farmers and medley and Safe lift all head to head.

Weigh in will be from 7-9pm night before and from 9 till 11 on the day

Starts 12pm

Entry £15

Free Parking available

Food and drink available all day

I'm not trying to be a moaner but why are all the 105 qualifiers so heavy? I dread wat the finals will be like

the weights have risen since last year, by quite alot in fact, i decided to put these weights in as by raising the weights it in turn raises the standard, all of these weights should be ok for 105's, this is a national qualifier remember, doesnt mean the weights will be heavier at the final, although they probably will be.

You have unequipped 295 squat, 220 bench and 270 deadlift... I wouldn't be worrying about anything in 105s being too heavy! lol
