First time putting a belt and knee wraps on in 4 weeks, 7.5kg pb.

New Katana On [Wide Grip]
180, 200, 220 [Triples]
240, 250 [Singles]
220 x 1 x 2 touch on second rep.

Getting better, one more session and I am will be ready with this shirt

Sumo Dead Lift [SB]
60, 100, 140, 180
220, 240, 260, 220, 220 [Doubles]

Good speed throughout.

Box Squat [14"/No Belt]
60, 100, 140, 180, 210, 235 - Pb [Triples]

Good session again, feeling strong.
