good mornings 35kx12x3
lat raise 7.5kx12x3
30 sec

paralell grip pulldowns 43kx12x3
ez bar skull crushes 17.5x12x3
30 sec

standing single arm cable row 20kx12x3
close grip pushups bw x12

thks boar,
im doing 4 wks building up the reps then drop the reps and up the weight,i saw a masive differance in my body shape last time so i hope it works lol.
