This year hasn't been great. I wanted to get back into strongman and everything was going well until I tore my right hamstring 3 weeks away from midlands qualifier. So have spent the latter half of the year doing bodybuilding training and making sure I am healthy and ready to take another run at it.

After a fitness test last week my current lifts are:
Log - 100
Deadlift - 210
Squat - 180
Front squat - 150
Clean and push press - 110
Bench - 150

These are not the worst lifts to start back with but they certainly are not the best.Lets see what 2015 brings.

I looked at some of your previous threads big D... You used to be really big D!

Have you been poorly?

What are your targets...? Do you wish to be as strong as you were?

No not poorly mate just had a string of injuries every time I get back into training again. My targets are to get back to my old strength levels and start competing again without being as FAT and as unhealthy as I used to be.

Thanks. I was the same mate. A nice wobbly 125-130kg now sat at around 100-102. Just need to make sure I don't end up the same again lol
