Had my Second Competition on 24th November in Tamworth
Unfortunately I sprained my wrist in the first event and came last overall (14 competitors).
Highlights were doing 175kg deadlift for 10 reps, and doing a truck pull for the first time and placing 5th.

Had a week off training after the event, my wrist is still not 100% so I am stcng to legs for now.
