You upload it onto youtube and then the admins on here can embed the link to this website

sign up for an account on youtube

then when ur logged in on the top it should say upload, click that and follow the instructions

once you done that and want to post on here, use the blue box on the right hand side of the posting screen.

When you press that, you'll get [ youtube ] [ /youtube ] come up! Post everything after the = in your youtube link between the [ youtube ] [ /youtube ] without any spaces and your video will be embedded
