Happy days. Winning streak now starts with an "8" as does my best ever streak. There could be much giddiness one week from today. Emphasis on "could"

Don't f**k it up!

A simple three, could have been two

After guess three it was either one or the other, it was the other, so ended with a safe five

Was it 137 or in fact 137.5?

Nice, that was in my opinion, a good word to get in two!!

Four for me today, quite satisfying none the less

I will gently point out that at school I would have been very soundly thrashed for writing "four" as a word but "three" as a numeral. That says more about my school than it does about anything else. But to my untrained eye it does look rather odd, although I would never go so far as to call it wrong.

I have no idea why I wrote it that way. I was told by someone I used to work with, who had previously worked as a proof reader, that you should write numbers 0-9 as words but 10 and above as numbers. I don't know how true that is or if she just made it up

A four that took longer than it should for the penny to drop after guess 3

A Wordle 6 today

With two guesses remaining, there appeared to be only two possible answers to choose from. The quandary here was whether to go for a tactical 5th to establish for sure which one it was or rule them both out and point me to look for an alternative that I hadn't thought of.

In the end I opted to be brave and go for one of the two, which proved incorrect. This meant it had to be the other option for guess six, but there was still a little trepidation on pressing enter.. thankfully I received a 'Phew'

I noticed the broken scales (they record weights up to 25 stone but the needle refuses to go past 14, thus surely classing any weight as unreliable) had been removed from under the seat in the changing room and had been set in the centre of one of the weightlifting platforms.

That was me; I brought them out to get a very rough (and unreliable) idea of Isaac's weight; and lazily forgot to return them to their rightful place, for which I apologise profusely

An ok 4 coulda been 3

Getting this last letter on the first guess is rarely helpful, so resorted to a tactical 2nd to avoid any trouble

A boring 5

Guess 1 gave me the first and last letter which can be a recipe for disaster with the amount of possibilities, so immediately went tactical for a safe 5
