| Squats 5x60kg 3x100kg 1x140kg 6x185kg Benchpress 5x60kg 3x100kg 1x120kg 4x140kg Squats felt good again, probably could have ground out another 2 but without spotters I didn't want to risk it. Wore suit bottoms again which split all the way down the leg on the first rep, it didn't seem to make any difference to the set though which is probably a good indication of how much I was getting out of them. Pleased with the bench after 2 weeks without any real benching. Predators paid for today, hopefully they'll arrive soon. Boar have sent you a mail. | |||

| Decided its about time I gave up smoking since its costing me an absolute fortune. The official campaign will begin tomorrow morning. I have attempted to quit on several ocassions before but always fallen back into the trap. This time I have set myself up a reward scheme. If by next pay day I haven't smoked I will reward myself with an inzer hardcore squat suit. If by the following month I am still on track I will be rewarded with an inzer fusion deadlift suit. Suitable tempting gifts will follow each month until I feel the habit has been broken. Deadlifts 5x60kg 3x100kg 1x140kg 1x180kg 1x220kg 5x230kg Pushpress 5x60kg 1x80kg 5x97.5kg Chins Half a rep Elbow felt OK during the presses but nearly exploded on attempting a chin up. Pleased with the deads, onwards to 300kg. | |||
