Made good progression on squat and deadlift recently, having next week off to recover muscles and tendons

130 F (this was sue to tendon pains in my left shoulder and both elbows)

this was really bad as i had bad pains particularly in my left shoulder... anyone suggest anything which can help tendons in shoulders??????

Strict press

I've been doing a lot of heavy pressing recently in both bench and log, so i'm going to have a deload week next week to let me tendons heal a bit....

then for a bit of grip work:

deadlift 120kg, and held at lockout for 35 seconds DOH grip

The plan beforehand was to do a double on 130, i didn't stick to the plan and the benching was s**t, lesson learnt!!

ye the ones from strengthshop, i've been using the thor double ply ones which are my training partners and i was just wondering if people thought they added. They did feel great on my elbows however, and i had no pain after the session
