Just a update been busy studying the last two weeks it paid off! trainings going well!im competing in the GBPF SOUTH WEST UNEQUIPPED competition this sunday may22nd in bournemouth!i will be competing at 83kg!.looking forward to lifting! and seeing paul rees put on a good show as always!.Will post my results after comp! | |||

Today's training Bw 83.6! 5min jog Seated barbell press Bar x 15reps 40kg x 5reps 60kg x 5reps 85kg x 8reps Side dumbbell laterals topset 17.5kg x 12reps Front raises top set 15kg x 10reps Bent over Rear delts top set 15kg x 15reps Dips Bodyweight x 10reps Bw plus 40kg x 5reps Bw plus 80kg x 6reps Skull crushers 40kg x 12reps 50kg x 12reps Externals top set 30lb x 15reps Internal top set 70lb x 20reps Good sess,seated press was comfry on the 8th rep,dips on 80kg where abit hard on the 6th rep so stopped,I'll be happy with 8next week Still I weighed fxcking light just before this sess!!! | |||
