Today's training squats 11am start hate training this early!

5min jog
Squats,high bar narrow stance beltless
50kg x 5reps
70kg x 1rep
100kg x 5reps
120kg x 2reps
160kg x 8reps (comfy gonna put 20kg more on next week)

Front squats beltless
50kg x 5reps
80kg x 5rep
120kg x 3reps( felt heavy s**t set).
120kg x 7reps( alot better!)

Leg extensions
40kg x 15reps
50kg x 15reps

Leg curls
30kg x 10reps
41kg x 10reps

Abs to finsh off

Pleased with session 160 for8 beltless in morning probably pb,was gonna wear a belt but my belt is too big now!,that's what you get when your 5 11-6 83kg! I might do some 14inch deads later after eating some eggs !!!!!!

Not benched for 8days good considering its been 8days,think im still recovering from last weeks illness,once again pausing felt good today just got to gain 5kg on pauses then i should hit a pb next month in comp.steak time now!

pleased with the workout,the last time i did 70kg dips was a couple of months ago just shows me i don`t need to go heavy all the time really.seated shoulder press was a bit hard on the last rep seeing as its been awhile last time did heavy on these too.looking forward to sunday gonna do squats and rack deadlifts i think! hate doing racks after deads from the floor!
