-3 in the garage tonight prrrrr so it's NE time on squats Wink
Warmed up with KB swings increasing the reps each set felt good doing this
Squats felt good and the 200 felt like a max in this session so I can argue since I haven squatted over 200 for well over 6 to 8 weeks.
3's and 5'a were ok but some where to work from, at least I can base my speed and rep days now.
Did some fronties just for some heavy work on them and they felt, don't really like doing anything over 3 on fronties not sure how I did the 5/3/1 on them but maybe need to do that again on them ?????
The movement itself feel far more natural that squats so not sure what's going on between the two techniques. But I did like doing them both on ME day so I'll alternate them on that day.

Nice work. How did the 220 walkout feel?

I can't really stand more than 3 on Fronts either unless it's very light work.

Thanks Faz, the 200 felt fine just my limit just now on what the lowr back can take just now, but its a good starting place to build from.
