Nice to see you in the gym buddy, rehab looks to be going good. i would have stopped you from benching mate, would hate for you to regret doing something to early.

Used the gymnastic rings for some body weight action on the upper back stuff and I think it's a great tool to use in training.
Barbell squats felt good and they felt Alot better than they did before the procedure with a empty bar.
The lads were benching tonight so I struggled big time not to have a shot it was only 140 do I managed to stay away but I don't think I'll manage much longer with out bench.

Big rehab session Neil! One day i'll be able to say- its only 140 on the bench lol!!

You certainly seemed to still be getting a workout even with the rehab stuff. Its good to see you doing it mate, I know its less fun, but you will reap rewards in the long term if you can stick to it.

I could see you were itching to do some pressing

Very true and I check my weight after my 17 hour fast and two weeks dice my last weigh in and I'm down 3kg's
So the intermitant fasting and the extra cardio is doing the biz for just now hope it continues.

I'm impressed by your patience on the rehab work. You've got a good head on your shoulders big chap. Sets of 100 good mornings must be time consuming but I bet they'll do you a pile of good pumping all that blood into the area.
Keep up this sound method!

Cheers buddy. TBH it's boring as f**k but I have to do it and I'll keep doing it for as long as it takes. Want to be able to do something sometime in the future.
