Its doing ok thanks, I'm aware it isn't 100% and will have to be careful as the weights start to ramp up over the coming weeks.I have had a habit of rounding my back slightly on tough squats in the past but my form has improved now. New suit arrived this week in the shape of an Inzer Hardcore which I'm hoping will be better than the titan which fits badly, I wear an old inzer for deadlift which doesnt give a huge amount of support. The new one will be in place of both.

Bench felt really good tonight, easier than last week.

Didn't quite hit the depth on the last two sets but wasn't expecting too with the new suit.

Pretty happy with workout, new suit felt ok as it stretches in and as weights go up I should get deeper then will put straps up and should just be getting in with opener.

Of course. Just because they say they don't use equipment, doesn't mean that they don't actually use equipment
