the trans fats in dairy and meat products are naturally occurring (CLA) and as such not dangerous (in fact they're good for you).


mate I refered to high fat diary as apositive I was meaning all the take away grub and processed sugary/fatty treats

Today:-

6:45am 2 slices granary toast, 2 large scrambled eggs, 50g smoked salmon

10am Reflex nutrition protein bar

12:30 1 tin tuna, TBSP mayo, 2 small hard boiled eggs, some salad

14:00 Large Choc chip cookie

16:30 MRP

20:00 2 slices granary toast, small tin baked beans, 50g cheese, 30g sliced ham, tomatoe and a s**t load of chilli flakes

Christ I need to eat more!

Thank god for 24 hour Mcdonalds

Just had a luvly supper which consisted of 20 chicken nuggets, 2x Large fries Large coke and a Cornetto Mcflurry Grin
