No yoke is fastest time wins. You can drop it as many times as you like.

Yeah, nothing savage.Just cut right back on the drink and avoiding excessive junk.Luckily being a naturally skinny c**t I lose weight easily.

i'll try to confirm with the OSG residents if we can open the doors a bit earlier for unofficial weigh ins so you guys can check that you are OK before 9 (but everyone has to still weigh in after 9).

But this cant be promised, so pack your own scales Happy

What do you mean 'rest time'? your not winding down to the comp already are you? has one of us got our dates mixed up? I'm looking forward to good few productive sessions yetConfused

Yogi Jonni can you confirm if we will be using the big red OSG scales or not?

If so I will bring my home ones next visit to compare / calibrate.

Don't forget to figure in the different gravity of OSG when calibrating.

Comp run on Sat, then dicking about log and squats, opener DL, but no other events till the day.. Feeling great but I will inevitably have to rest a bit, which I always hate.

Same here mate, I started eating clean a few weeks ago and now just keeping an eye on my weight.
