I recall an episode of Pointless where the question was "name an English city west of Sheffield" Liverpool scored in the low 70's, Manchester in the mid 80's and Salford scored 2. That astonished me. All were good depth and this was fun. In one word - weary. I'll sleep tonight | ||

Christmas is always disruptive to training so things may be a little hit and miss until the year turns. Then we will just have to see. I was doing Squat / bench / deadlift / bench and repeat. I am tempted to change this to a more traditional Squat / bench / deadlift and repeat This last one is especially tempting as at the moment I have ditched deadlift and have replaced it with a more varied back routine. I may go with that option until deadlift reappears and then I may take the first option again. Until the new year I may adopt a more, play-it-by-ear approach | ||

Yes. Exactly. I believe that while eschew the deadlift a week between squats will be sufficient but when deadlifts are re-introduced it may not be and ten days will be prefereble. Plans are had to make while the disruption of christmas looms. It will all get sorted before new year. | ||
