250kg Deadlift

All these PBs were set 2-3years ago. Pressing has been strong and up near my best. Slingshot PB was done recently.

Short term goals:

180kg Slingshot bench DONE
162.5kg + Bench
120kg+ Push Press DONE
150kg Incline Bench DONE
107.5kg Strict Press DONE
Get my Deadlift and Squat back up to near my PBs.

Long Term goals

200kg Slingshot bench
180kg Bench
210kg Squat
270kg Deadlift
140kg Push Press
120kg Strict Press

Nice place. Find a decent gym? I'm in Guizhou. Almost 8 years now.

Yeah, there is a few ok one's with enough plates, squat rack, bench etc and not too expensive. I have noticed the gyms in Shanghai, Hangzhou etc are ridiculously expensive though. I got quoted over 70 for one month the one summer.
