Now I focus on improving lifting ability in compound movements and train whatever I feel like. Training is a lot more enjoyable when you don't follow a rigid plan and revel in the freedom of just going along and throwing weight around. Good luck to you in your efforts. In my opinion you are doing too much volume, especially on deadlifts. Unless, your direction is focused on muscular hypertrophy? | ||

I wouldn't try and pull 8's when over 50-60% though.At the moment I want to put a bit of muscle on in the run up to the BDFPA British. I'll taper down in the coming weeks. | ||
