Superb today. Getting used to my new shoes now, and positioning felt great. Both lifts were cut before technical inaccuracies crept in, which is pleasing as the positioning breakdown point is moving forward.

Yea it is to be honest, shoulder is getting stronger and more stable all the time, and as a result confidence in it is growing. It often aches in the cold and is sometimes tight, but that's just something I have to live with!

I still have the nagging little idea of potentially adding WL and PL to my national final resume...

The way I figure it is training towards a 275+ WL total will leave me in the position to hit a 575 PL total, both of which will see me verging on nationals.

That'd be a nice hat trick to have I feel.

We shall see where the next 12 months takes me.

Certainly am, my luck appears to be holding!

Jab, I should hope so. Currently I'd back myself for at least 520, and that's without doing heavy squats or deadlifts Grin
