You can change the weight by adding lead shot, sand,bolts, nuts, coins etc... when you get bored. If you want you can take as long breaks as you want and do all kinds of movements with it. The catalog thing is cool too. At the prison over here, there are no weights. I used to weld benches with flat plate no cushion, but they took them away when they built the new jail. The inmates do pull ups on the bathroom stalls, and fill garbage bagsn with water wrap them aroundn hands and do all kinds of stuff. If the get caught, they are in trouble though. DEEEEp maennn | ||
