Fronts - 175 x 1, 176 x 1.
Pin press (just under chin) - 3 singles with 107.5 - very comfy.
Front raises (weaker side only) - 3 x 3.
Cowdrey curls - 2 x 5.

I was asked to spot a 125 bench at the end of my session, and the guy failed.

I'm currently having a break from grip/hand stuff, due to laziness, but probably a good thing to do now and again.

All I'm doing between my once-a-week gym sessions is some chins here and there.

When at home, have a specially designed sledge thick bar hammer like from stronger grip. com. You can change the weight by adding lead shot, sand,bolts, nuts, coins etc... when you get bored. If you want you can take as long breaks as you want and do all kinds of movements with it. The catalog thing is cool too. At the prison over here, there are no weights. I used to weld benches with flat plate no cushion, but they took them away when they built the new jail. The inmates do pull ups on the bathroom stalls, and fill garbage bagsn with water wrap them aroundn hands and do all kinds of stuff. If the get caught, they are in trouble though. DEEEEp maennn

Hadn't done anything since last week. No chins.

Fronts - 2 singles with 177.5kg.
Pin press - 2 singles with 110kg.
Strict DB - weaker (left) arm only - 2 singles with 52kg.
Cowdrey/Akinwale curlz - 2 x 5.

I've just cycled to the park to do some chins and then cycled up a hill, wearing a rucksack containing 6.5kg for the whole duration.

That's basically crossfit, not to mention the fact that cycling is like a zillion unilateral leg press reps. What's the matter?
