Railway Walk 385kg 20 metres 90 secs 4 competitors 2. Caveman Rock Lift 1 competitor 3. Deadlift for Reps 1400kg 90 secs straps allowed no suits 1 competitor 4. Duck Walk & Drag 200kg Duck Walk 15 metres 20 tonne lorry drag 15mts 5. Power Stairs 3 blocks 200kg, 225kg, 250kg 5 steps 90 secs 2 competitors THE WINNER CROWNED UK STRONGEST MAN 2010 The strongest will survive and the weakest will falter Ireland's top 4 will compete for the coveted title as well as Scotland's top 4, Wales' top 2 and England top 6. Just to give you a heads up there will be a couple of new events, the see-saw skip deadlift, hummer tyre deadlift for max, hummer tyre super yokes (arnold classic format) and Atlas stone for height. | ||
