Foam rolling? I got a cut off piece of solid steel that I duct tapped and place it by my heater. It warms up the steel to keep the heat long. Mine is something like 5"in diameter. Forget the foam you need a 120 pound piece of steel crack,squuugee that rocky back bro.

Generally ok im just having to make sure I don't over exert.
Even though the intensity is around 50% Im still feeling quite weak!

Figured if I didn’t squat first, and did some lower mobility stuff between bench sets I might have performed better with the squats as it’s so damn cold in the gym at the moment.
It didn’t work as all the squats felt hard and its only 105kg! Bailed on the 6th set and bailed on the 5th set of deadlifts and used a bit less weight.
Really struggling to get everything done in 90mins over lunchtime. I’m finding I’m having to superset loads of stuff!

Still plenty of volume.

I have tbd same time problems as I get a hour do sometimes feel I'm trying to rush through stuff

Yeah but the overall volume is a lot less than it was - (I think 3 weeks of 6x6 few times a week was rather too much after a 4 week break of not training.

Seemed to breeze through this yesterday. Squats felt ok. however they should at just 115kg!

As a side note 4 years ago I squatted 200kg x 3 in wraps (don't you just hate facebook for reminding you stuff....)

Get it to the point of sort of enjoying it and your there. I'll take a couple months chill training strongman then crank it down pedal to metal. Change up good. The body will tell your mind what it needs.

I am enjoying it again mate. Just up against the clock every session that's the only issue. But this does forced me to get on with it!
I doubt there will be any strongman training as such!
