Venue: Crossways Christian Centre Ramsey Road St Ives Cambs PE27 3TB Events: Log clean and press - 100kg/80kg - athletes choose which weight. 1 rep on the heavy beats any number on the light. 60 second time limit. Silver Dollar Deadlift for reps - 240kg/270kg - athletes choose which weight. 1 rep on the heavy beats any number on the light. 2" axle bar from 18", straps allowed, no suits. 60 second time limit. Frame hold - 250kg - 20.5" pickup Circus dumbell clean and press for reps - 50kg/63kg - athletes choose which weight. 1 rep on the heavy beats any number on the light. 60 second time limit.
