If i don't catch it it will be a miricle lol! Training tonight as looking after the poorly little un all day, looking forawrd to my new session tonight tho more than 5 hours sleep in 48 would be preferable lol! | ||

Comp Grip Paused Bench Press 75kg x 10 105kg x 2 115kg x 1 125kg x 1 PB attempt 135kg x 1 PB easy 137.5kg x 1 PB tougher but smooth enough 95% 1rm of 137.5kg 130kg x 1 130kg x 1 130kg x 1 130kg x 1 130kg x 1 Well pleased, when fresh theres a 140 paused there now but not pushing thigs here, was stuck on a very slow 132.5kg 8 weeks ago so this is a big improvement, my paused has always been about 10kg behind my tng so i think i have a 147.5 maybe 150 there now, especially considering how well 145 moved monday. Down sets were light and fast. I think i will go back to 125kg now and aim for 15+ singles and work back up 2.5kg a week until i hit my 137.5 PB for 8-10 singles then go for a 145kg paused PB. Can't complain 2 bench PB's in one week isn't too bad, especially considering no sleep! Comp Grip TNG Incline Bench Press 75kg x 5 85kg x 1 95kg x 1 100kg x 1 105kg x 1 110kg x 1 112.5kg x 1 default PB 90% 1rm of 112.5kg 100kg x 1 100kg x 1 100kg x 1 100kg x 1 100kg x 1 100kg x 1 100kg x 1 100kg x 1 100kg x 1 100kg x 1 My god i'm weak on these! Still finding form though so more to come i think quite quickly. The 100's felt light and easy TBH, i'll go to 105kg for 10 singles next time. Hits my shoulders well which i think are a bigger weakness than my triceps. Looking to get up around 125 with these to start with i think. Seated dead start/stop behind neck press 80% 66kg x 3 66kg x 3 66kg x 3 66kg x 3 66kg x 3 66kg x 3 Tougher this week but all strong clean reps, up to 6x4 next time but may stay at 6 x 3 as i'm taking a break..i guess. Shoulders and triceps properly wasted by this point. Finished off with banded press downs, distractions/distractions, plate halos and shoulder horns with a light band. Good session, may have to put back tomorrows session to saturday if nipper still not at nursery, i'll see in the morning. | ||

TBH i'm terrified of losing strength but i think i have to take a break. Anyways, todays little sesh: Squats - Week 1 Coans - Belt no wraps/sleeves Bar x 20 75kg x 10 105kg x 5 115kg x 10 115kg x 10 Not used to reps lol, pumped the crap out out of my glutes/hams and quads despit bog all weight lol! Decent start to the build up to 200 without wraps. Prefer heavier weights with less weight! Paused Squats - Week 1 - 60% - Belt no wraps/sleeves 102.5kg x 5 102.5kg x 5 Easy enough, very deep and easy spring back up. All as it should be for week 1, feeling very light. 14" Deads 125kg x 5 175kg x 2 225kg x 1 250kg x 1 250kg x 1 250kg x 1 Left it at 3 singles, feeling silly heavy today, feeling heavier than 272.5kg did from the floor tuesday! This confiems i need a break. I shall start back up on these with 240kg x 10 singles and build back up 2.5-5kg a week. Wide Grip TNG Bench Press 75kg x 5 105kg x 1 115kg x 1 127.5kg x 1 127.5kg x 1 127.5kg x 1 Again left it at 3 top singles, i'll start back up again after xmas on 122.5-125kg x 10 singles i think. Hopefully this shoulder niggle will go by then too. Bit of stretching and a few abs and called it a day, pretty $hit TBH but i can't complain, i smashed this week apart from today and thats only due to lack of sleep. I may do my bench session minday morning or i may just rest now to the following monday, depends on sleep the next 2 nights! | ||

The burnout will mainly be lack of sleep definitely but think rest every now and then is not a bad idea and helps relieve little niggles and injuries. I might throw deload weeks in every so often next year and only rest when really needed like post comp. Anytime mate glad I can give you some help for once instead of the other way round lol! | ||
