When i can push it, will be nailing stones and stuff like that which are much less controlled planes of motion. Stuff i do now, like fronts, deads, press are all very controlled planes of motion which is why i can even do them - and even then will always stay away from grinders. | ||

Solid as always. WYTHENSHAWE TRACK warm up shenigans. shot put - couldnt get the hips/legs into it, more like a glide followed by silly shot press. Need to work on the timing and the turn. hammer - bend the knees you stiff bas***d! Flying ok tho. | ||

No whining, done that enough to my poor wife already SUGDEN warm up press 3x10x20 5x40 5x60 1x65 1x70 1x75 - dog s**t rep 8x50 deads 5x70 5x110 3x140 1x170 felt like a peanut but had to bail out of the planned 3x3x190 due to that prick tendon. leg press, hammer strength 5x140 5x180 5x210 5x230 5x250 10x230 jumps tons to 4th step in chairs 3 to 5th but then lost marbles and couldnt nail it any more wattbike challenge few sets, new high of 1569, want to nail that 1600 before the bikes go. seeing the surgeon tmr for the last time, original Plan was to end this rehab journal tomorrow, but from today i think its too optimistic. Take it to the chin and carry on. | ||
