nah man, i doubt that i have - just being careful to the level of paranoid mate! No pain, just tightness at the moment. I guess sooner or later i need to push the envelope. Just didnt feel right today.

Seeing the surgeon for the last time on thursday. Lets see what he says.

thanks man. I feel like i am not pushing myself on anything, and havent for a long time apart from some wanky stuff like leg press. This can be a bad thing because at the moment i am just getting used to always bail out if it gets a bit tough.

So kiddy gloves it is still.

When i can push it, will be nailing stones and stuff like that which are much less controlled planes of motion. Stuff i do now, like fronts, deads, press are all very controlled planes of motion which is why i can even do them - and even then will always stay away from grinders.

Great work mate. I don't think you've been over cautious you're using your head! It's better to have a long term plan and just build up gradually just as you're doing.

shot put - couldnt get the hips/legs into it, more like a glide followed by silly shot press. Need to work on the timing and the turn.

hammer - bend the knees you stiff bas***d! Flying ok tho.

Bag of s**t session today, due to the recovering tendon pulling in a weird way and had to bail out. No whining, done that enough to my poor wife already Grin

what do you think has happened to the tendon, maybe a trip to the sexy physio is required
