Deadlift

Up to 140kg x 15 reps, some doubles and some singles

Form now much better and will start to slowly add weight.

My deadlift PB is 260kg with atrocious form. If I can do 220kg with good form then I will be happy with that.

Paused for a while with my ass 2 inches off the floor, beltless

Friday, Saturday and today:

Light squats, front squats, deadlifts, snatches and hypertrophy stuff.

Strained my left shoulder but can still bench fine, just cant work shoulders from some angles.

Weighed in at 87.3kg (gained 1kg in a week under the same circumstances) and definitely 'seem' leaner when I look in the mirror so the carb backloading certainly appears to be working.

However, most of the day I generally feel like s**t. Even after I've had carbs. Think it's more of a diet hack rather than something you can carry on indefinitely. I'm going to try to eat a bit cleaner to see if things improve because I'd like to carry on doing it as I'm making (all kinds of) gains.
