Deadlift
Up to 140kg x 15 reps, some doubles and some singles
Form now much better and will start to slowly add weight.
My deadlift PB is 260kg with atrocious form. If I can do 220kg with good form then I will be happy with that.

Paused for a while with my ass 2 inches off the floor, beltless
Up to 120kg x 1, felt good

Weighed in at 85kg
