Once again, not updated in ages. Can't remember the detail but it's all been pretty much the same. Squat, press, maybe something else then repeat.

What I can remember

Last weds - all on (bent) axle as ever with no belt, hat, wraps, shoes etc unless listed

Row (with straps) - up to 150kg*5

Deadlift - 170kg*5

Interrupted. Went back out later but 100 felt like the earth and I couldn't be bothered to warm up again. Had an emotional moment then went in for beer and Bombay mix.
