Basically holding it in my fingers rather than getting it right into my hand like I used to. My way was fine on training bars as the knurling isn't that harsh, but the comp bars are really harsh and would rip my hand every time like it did in the comp I did.

maybe thats why my grip is good iv always trained on a god aweful bar thats sharpe as fook rips a mere mortals hands to pieces but now doesnt seem to phase me i think comp bars are smoother than mine lol

Hopefully this will pay off over the coming months. Might have to start using my farmers too.

Great session. Hit my target on bench. Log was comfortable. Mental issues seem a thing of the past.

Cheers matey. It took a while but I feel like I'm in a good place mentally now. No more chasing heavy singles, just sticking to my 531 pan until I've made some big improvements.

haha. I'm not going off this plan. Last year was a waste of time and I refuse to ever let that happen again.

i dont think last year was a waste at all mate u competed and did well you put numerous kilo's on all your lifts of course u b**ched like a sissy the whole time you were doing it Grin but dont forget you still played some rugby last year so it wasnt a fully focused year but it was a productive one non the less what did you put on ur lifts

30kg on dead
20kg on log
20kg on squat for reps pressed the 53k bell
10-20kg ontio ur strict
