Won't matter that you haven't pulled in a while, you'll still be capable of a big pull with your beasty grip. And I doubt you'll of lost much off your bench. I bet you could still do a 140 paused.

i agree with paul u didnt deadlift for ages and i seem to remember you pulling 240 x 3 which isnt very fair if u ask me

But I'd do another comp. It's just another reason to train really. I'll do it all belt less and koklyaev style. Like a boss. 210/130/250 Cool

Good session. Couldn't get all the reps out on dips again but not fussed about that.

Good session. Just the required reps as usual. Top set was with straps. I must admit the 3 reps with 177.5 were pretty hard using my new grip, it will improve fast though I'm sure.
