Conditioning session to punish myself for totally f**king up the good work I've done with shredding some fat this last month with a couple of days of eating crap. Probably do another 2 weeks of dieting then do maintenance calories for a few weeks and then decide if I went to go for lower bodyfat or try and put on a bit of muscle. Will depend how I look and feel after the 2 weeks.
