Cheers goats. I'm going more towards higher rep stuff and bodyweight training now. I go fairly heavy from time to time but I do enjoy the higher rep stuff more. 45 reps with 70kg was a killer, I'll aim for 50 next time Wink

good session mate. i couldnt help but think that your belt doesnt need a new hole you just need to eat more Tongue (or wear a thicker top/hoody underneath your belt)

Cheers. Mine are all bodyweight related goals now to be honest. So just getting better at handstands, pull ups, muscle ups, pistols and that type of stuff. I'd still like to get back to some decent numbers but that isn't my main focus. You'll see any improvements I make on Facebook, although I put more stuff on Instagram as less negative c**ts on there ha.
