I was wondering why the man's deadlift was low-ish comparison to his squat, the man has T-rex arms!

Ps... Why did kev lift raw? Im saddend by the lack of kit i thought he was a gimp suit brother !!??

yes ..fandango sat there all day (and it was a long day) and sorted all our video needs... i mistakenly pointed out that he needed to get 'rolling' ...obviously i was completeley in the wrong ..he had it covered...i felt shame ..

and chris glover ... with all us guys doing are warm up etc in diff flights having chris to help , encourage and slap you was a massive help !!

kev hasnt gotten used to (or even owns) kit so he though raw was good for a first try ...and it was ... some of the effort thses guys go to to get into and use the kit is astonishing !!
