Tried the belt at 285, but it was more of a hindrance (proved by a much easier beltless 285) so i had to take it off and loosen it a hole (im fat again it seems).
Made the 365 look harder than i would've liked, but as its only 3 days since my deadlift session I'll forgive that.

Everything feeling good now, appetite back up to its usual, eat anything in reach, levels. No aches and pains beyond the usual, and no longer needing antibiotics or any sort of pharmaceutical pain relief.
About the biggest problem right now is some excessive tightness in my glutes and hamstrings, but thats nothing that fridays physio session cant fix.

Worked up to a nice, fast, daily 'max', then a few sets of 8 at around 70%. Strictly speaking the 120 may actually be a sleeveless PB, but I'm not sure. (I did some singles at 126 during a prep last year, but didn't record what kit i used).
This will be the approach for the next 3 weeks to ensure I'm not pushing too hard, and to hopefully help me add a little size (im about 6lb heavier than i was at Northerns, but still about half a stone lighter than i want to be for June).
This approach also ensures my sessions are quite quick, which is important right now as it means i can spend time with the family before my son starts nursery and my wife returns to work.
Accessory work all just geared around helping add that extra size, and keeping everything balanced. The 20 rep set was a killer, first 15 knocked out without a break, then i had to take breaths between each of the final 5 reps.

Very busy day at work had me properly drained by training came around.
300 wasnt difficult at all, but not as fast as i would've liked.
No energy for accessory work. If im up to it I'll add it in after deadlifts.
Physio tomorrow, hopefully loosen me off as im stupid stiff lately, glutes and hamstrings in particular.

Had to train late today as i was at my nephews 3rd birthday party earlier.
Legs still a little sore after the abuse they got in physio on friday, but not nearly as tight.
310 slowed slightly on its way up, but happy enough with it on this particular variation.
Just couldn't get enough air in on the 230s for sets of 8. Obviously this is no good so I'll need to start looking at a solution to this. First thought is to roll the bar out on each rep and get a breath in then.
When i realised i wasn't going to be getting my 24 reps through 3 sets of 8 i switched to 5 x 5 and added the arm supersets in to the rest periods to stop the workout stretching on for any longer.
