I have just got back from taking the kit back.

I will do a big write up when I can but I just wanted to say thank you to everyone. I hope everyone had a good time!

Excellent comp today. The level of strongman has definitely risen in Wales, some great numbers and times were hit today!!!! Well done to all competitors, it was a pleasure to ref and great to meet some new faces!! Hopefully full results for the comp will be up in next 48hrs?

Wat an amazing comp everything was run smoothly and everyone who was involved in getting this comp to were it was today done yourself justice the equipment was class and the prizes wer amazing I look forward to the next one as I no it's going to be bigger and better well done to all the lads
