A couple of quick questions, sorry if they've been asked already.
Is the log press from the ground to overhead for every rep?
What sort of log is it? Do you have a picture like the stone?
Does the natural stone start from the ground or will it be on top of the keg?

Hi Andrew,
The log is from floor to overhead each rep yes. The log itself is not IFSA spec and we will have a picture up Sunday I hope.
As for the natural stone it will indeed be picked up from the keg in the photo.

Yes the competition is full but you can of course be reserves.

Looks like a good comp, I'll probably go through and watch this one. Personally I like the bodyweight idea especially for a novice comp. And i'm looking forward to Andrew Chappell - vs Ben Culverhouse 
At 108kg the bodyweight log will be against me compared to 90kg guys but I still love the idea. It's a bit of motivation to lean out for the comp too.

As part of the medley the duck walk is still to be tested, but will hopefully have something set in stone in the next week or two.
