been reading into "need and feed" training lately so incorporating it into my training for a few weeks to see if it works for me

well happy with the bench PB. Im never going to be a big bencher but im chipping away towards my 150kg target

life has got in the way of training this week but started my worlds natural team comp prep with a conditioning sesh

todays sesh was a massive shock to the cv system was a hoofing work out and i will be doing the class by top BB Barny du plesses at least until i go to the worlds natural team comp as the strength conditioning and cv workload are invaluable in my mind.

i think too many strength athletes brush off the need for good cv fittness and conditioning and i almost fell into that trap
