Solid session!!
» Harrivaara's training for SSM2 (Go to post)29-11-2009 @ 14:23
Event training today...

Yoke:
50m*135kg
25m*135kg
25m*180kg
25m*235kg
25m*280kg
25m*320kg about 16-17 seconds...

Conan:
120kg*3 laps
220kg*3 laps
260kg*2 and a half laps

Thats all folks. I was pleased with my result on yoke walk, because there has been a one month break in events again. Angry So that was a good starting weight.

Conan's last weight was a little disapointment, because I now I can do 3 laps. Maybe next time...
