started a diet and cardio plan this time last yr when i weighed in @127kg. this mornin i weighed in @ 96kg. 6kg more to loose and time to get strong!!!!

are they worth buying? If so which ones should i get for each of the big three?
i had a look on the net but there s loads of sizes/tensions etc and im not sure
