deadlift 80kg x 10 120kg x 10 140kg x 1 150kg x 1/1/1/1/1 120kg x 3/3/3/3/3/3 fronties 50kg x 10 60kg x 5 70kg x 5 80kg x 3 90kg x 3 100kg x 1 started a diet and cardio plan this time last yr when i weighed in @127kg. this mornin i weighed in @ 96kg. 6kg more to loose and time to get strong!!!! | |||
