had my car broken into last night fortunatly my pug 306. the biggest heap of s**t on the roads as im sure the dungeon guys will confirm. cd player, cd's, clip on the rear wiper (wtf), berghous (sp) coat, charger prob gew other bits. think they even may have tried to look at starting it. so f**king pissed off. thankfully wasnt the skyline. but the worst thing is i wont find out who did it. | |||

you really think its that bad JC? i have been doing 15mins after training, which ill keep doing. ive put on so much fat recently. i dont want to get ripped or anything gay like that, just bit mroe stamina so i dont die during farmers and yoke, and just to lose some of the masses of excesses flab. | |||

i mate. going to try nail 3 gym sessions every week, as wont be making dungeon every week now its sunday. but should be at most of them. its time to get strong | |||

due to dungeon moving to sunday my new plan will be Monday - cardio (boxing and some core work like plank work)unless feel to tired from strongman Tuesday - clean and press, squat, close grip pulldown Wednesday - rest Thursday - deads, fronties, t-bar row, wide lat pulldown Friday - strict press, dips, shrugs Saturday - rest Sunday - strongman onwards and upwards | |||

been getting lots of cramp recently. often on treadmill after weights, and in bed at night, its in calf area, and at night iys normally foot. why does cramp happen and how can i stop it? cheers guys | |||

14/4 well strange feeling today, at 3 30 i felt like i had no energy and ached all over, weird cos i felt good all day. but anyway overall a good gym session. clean and press barxlots 40 x 5 40 x 5 50 x 5 60 x 5 65 x 3 (gym PB what i mean is done this at the dungeon, but never in the gym) 70 x 1 PB as abvove 60 x 3 squats bar x lots 40 x 5 60 x 5 60 x 5 80 x 3 felt really heavy, but seemed ok on the up 90 x 3 100 x 3 PB happy with the 100. big goal. first rep tho wasnt that low, other two were lower but i think just short of parrel. so going to srtick around 90-100 for a bit to get lower. also, was now f**ked lol. close grip pulldown 45 x 6 60 x 6 82.5 x 6 97.5 x 2- let down compared to previous weeks. 15mins on bike |
