Good to hear you're still around!

I'd focus on getting as strong as possible for now. I'd get some event practice in no more than once a fortnight, and keep events sessions limited. Don't mess around trying to master everything; just pick two events for the session and focus on them, then go home.

In a couple of months, switch things around depending on where you're at, but I honestly think that's about the best way to approach the sport as it is now. I also feel a lot of energy is wasted and injuries caused by over-reaching when event training. Yoke in particular is easy to overdo.

Thanks Rick - that looked as tasty as ever.

When I finally get control over such things (e.g. once we start having Christmas here and not at the respective parentals') I will be pushing the Christmas day barbecue concept.

Not sure how far I'll get, but it appeals to me on many levels, not least because smoky food and beer make me happy.

One of the more sensible questions. Enough to be at or near the top of the scoreboard for sure.

In that I clicked on it in good faith, expecting to see female arse. Instead, I got what appeared to be a load of fuzzy VHS footage of people doing things I don't understand.

Where are the arses Little_a?

Considering that they are legal to possess I thought this was odd, banning someone for doing something legal !

It's not an issue for me but I know it may be for some others

What are the thoughts of my non police but meathead comrades on here ?

I'd imagine that there are a few occupations like this. I know for instance that there are a fair few things a teacher can be sacked for which are legal but would be judged as 'disreputable.' It's an interesting point, to which I don't fully know the answer. Which means I'm actually bringing nothing to this debate...

Your right knee will track inward as you squat if it isn't kept over your toes by your right glute muscles

On heavy weights this is both normal and also simultaneously something you can work

Focus on developing and holding better form... And this "habit" will iron out

It's an intermittent thing. I think it originates from an injury to my left hip nearly 3 years ago and leads to me favouring my right leg on occasion. I'll set up a video some time.
