16/11/2011 ME Lower (kinda deload) warmup: facepull/dislocates/lat pulldown Wide shance arch back gm bar x 5 x 4 40kg x 5 x 2 60kg x 5 80kg x 5 100kg x 5 110kg x 5 (set 5 rep record) 120kg x 3 130kg x 3 140kg x 3 (set 3 rep record) single arm pulldown setting 3 x 50 x 3 Bicep curl 15 rep x 3 forward sled dragging long distance worked 1 - 4 plates both ways (200m abouts total) then 1-3 plates with neck harness 40 pulls each set (these really hit lower back) | |||

14/11/2011 woke up with and had somehow pulled my lat and had 3hours sleep, obviously felt really good this time ME bench warmup 3x50 rep pulldowns/facepull/dislocates 2 Board bench bar x 10 x 3 40kg x 3 x 2 60kg x 3 x 2 (added 2b after) 80kg x 3 100kg x 3 110kg x 3 120kg x 3 125kg x 3 (5 rep PB but too hard for what it shoulda been) stopped here for a bit cos what shoulda been an easy pb was really hard, took 15mins to think im gonna show my body who's boss 130 x 1 135 x 1 (2.5kg PB) left it there cos id had lots of sets above 90% by this point Rolling tri extension 20kg x 8 x 8 fat grip pushdown burnout 50 x 2 High rep lat pulldown (to get blood into the area) 60 x 2 felt painfull about 10rep into the third set so left it there, HOME AND ICE!!!!! | |||
