then 1-3 plates with neck harness 40 pulls each set (these really hit lower back)

woke up with and had somehow pulled my lat and had 3hours sleep, obviously felt really good this time

125kg x 3 (5 rep PB but too hard for what it shoulda been) stopped here for a bit cos what shoulda been an easy pb was really hard, took 15mins to think im gonna show my body who's boss

135 x 1 (2.5kg PB) left it there cos id had lots of sets above 90% by this point

tight enough mate, chris who you met is 98kg atm and he wears a size 52 suit thats loose but still provides support for him
