I saw your 300 pull Brett but had no idea what weight it was. All I know was I saw your first 2 lifts. 300kg for a junior is incredible!!!

If youre coming up to 90kgs then I need to train harder!

Do you think you maybe trained too hard? I dont think I know anyone who trains with the intensity and volume that you do. If I did half what you did Id die lol. Anyway, Im gutted I didnt get to meet you, I thought you may be around on the sunday. The Euros are only 6 weeks away. Why dont you come and have a go at 90kgs and get that 700 you want?

660kgs at 82.5kgs is still damn good. Not what you were hoping for though, I know. Still very close to your best total Happy

Yes mate I saw that one on you-tube, looked very close.
My goals are to win WDFPF unequipped title at 90/possibly 100kg. Also would love to hit 700kgs although I do believe I would need to put on some size to achieve that.

Yes mate I do. Thats a shame you cant lift at the British as it would have been good experience for you. Theres always next year.

Some great lifts you have there for a 14 year old. Keep it up! If I remember correctly you lift in BDFPA?

» Strict shoulder pressing from the floor easier than from the rack. (Go to post)09-03-2011 @ 21:18
I have had the same thing. I do seated military press and clean it from the floor first. We do have racks in the gym but it feels awkward taking it out of a rack and I feel I can lift more if cleaned first.

Great lifting Brett, looks like youre well on for a big total.
